midi control change randomizer

		functions:
	active/void	determines whether random values will be sent to the currently displayed control number
	chaos min/max	sets the range of possible random values sent to each active control
	chaos global/local	each individual control can be given a min/max value when local is selected
	frequency	the rate of random changes when the catalyst is active
	catalyst active/idle	starts and stops random control changes
	single	sends one random value to each active control
	save/load	store active/void and min/max slider settings in a data file
		important keyboard short cuts:
	space bar	toggle between active and void
	up arrow	advance to next control number
	down arrow	previous control
	alt+a	set all controls to active
	alt+v	set all controls to void
